betsoo Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betsoo ("betsoo", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the betsoo online gaming platform available at betsoo.one, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features therein.

By accessing the betsoo platform, creating a player account, or participating in any game or promotion, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betsoo platform.

These Terms supplement and are to be read in conjunction with betsoo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules published on the betsoo platform, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

To be eligible to register for and use a betsoo account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are using betsoo solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time you access and use the betsoo platform, unless betsoo has expressly indicated otherwise in writing;
• You are not an officer, director, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of betsoo or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or service providers;
• You are not included on any government-issued list of excluded or prohibited gamblers, including any PAGCOR exclusion registry;
• You possess the legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding contracts;
• Your access to and use of online gaming services is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are opening a betsoo account voluntarily and of your own free will, and are not acting under duress or under the direction of a third party.

betsoo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by betsoo may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) betsoo account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betsoo login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. betsoo will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your betsoo account that is not used for any other service (including GCash, PayMaya, or email accounts);
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which betsoo strongly recommends for all players;
• Notify betsoo support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization;
• Ensure you log out of your betsoo account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

betsoo shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

betsoo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine-compliant payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your betsoo wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. betsoo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betsoo reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. betsoo reserves the right to delay processing if enhanced due diligence is required.

Anti-Money Laundering: betsoo is obligated under Philippine law to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all financial transactions. betsoo may hold, freeze, or report any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity.

betsoo offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the applicable Promotion page at betsoo.one/promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players in accordance with the specific promotion terms;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms;
• betsoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including bonus abuse, chip dumping, or collusion — will result in the voiding of the bonus and related winnings, and may result in account suspension.

betsoo's decision in all matters related to promotions and bonuses is final and binding. Any disputes regarding promotional outcomes must be submitted to betsoo support within seven (7) days of the disputed event.

All games offered on the betsoo platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, and jackpot games — are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

betsoo's slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators audited by approved independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical dealing by trained professional dealers and are streamed in real time from certified studios. No manipulation of live game outcomes is possible through the platform.

In the event of a system malfunction, communication failure, or technical error that results in a disputed game outcome, betsoo reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved. Winnings paid as a result of a system error may be recouped by betsoo.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betsoo platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with betsoo games or the platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, angle shooting, or any form of coordinated play to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through the betsoo platform;
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials without authorization;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings not legitimately earned;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any aspect of the betsoo platform's technology;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your betsoo account to any third party;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward betsoo staff or other players.

betsoo reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content on the betsoo platform — including but not limited to the betsoo brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betsoo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betsoo platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any betsoo intellectual property without prior written consent.

betsoo collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and betsoo's Privacy Policy, available at betsoo.one/privacy-policy. By creating a betsoo account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betsoo will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR), payment processors, and licensed game suppliers where necessary for platform operation and regulatory compliance.

betsoo is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, available via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your betsoo account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betsoo and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betsoo platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform;
• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond betsoo's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by PAGCOR or other regulatory bodies affecting platform operations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betsoo's liability for death or personal injury caused by betsoo's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

betsoo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe;
• Request by a regulatory authority including PAGCOR;
• Responsible gaming grounds, including player-initiated self-exclusion;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts dormant for 12+ months with a non-zero balance will be notified prior to any action).

Where an account is closed for non-prohibited reasons, any verified remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

betsoo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the effective date of such changes, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the betsoo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the betsoo platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at betsoo.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the betsoo platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact betsoo support at [email protected] to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, betsoo is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework. Players may file complaints with PAGCOR if they believe betsoo has acted in violation of its licensing obligations.
